三 | 为查清病因，家人带他前往上海长征医院检查，于2025年9月确诊为T淋巴母细胞白血病。确诊噩耗让全家备受打击。为全力救治孩子，张同学的父亲全程陪同他在上海第一人民医院完成两个疗程的化疗。2026年1月，张同学成功匹配到合适的脐带血，并在苏州大学附属儿童医院完成脐带血移植手术，一家人看到了康复的希望。然而命运多舛，术后4个月的复查结果显示，张同学病情恶化，白血病不幸复发，只能再次接受长期化疗。张同学辗转多地的求医和反复的治疗，早已耗尽家里所有积蓄。

四 | 为专心陪护孩子治病，其父亲不得不放弃工作，家庭失去主要收入，全家仅靠母亲临时工的微薄收入维持基本生活，亲友的帮扶也不足以支撑高额治疗费。因家庭实际困难，张同学被海州区民政局认定为困境学生，获得民政部门的帮扶。在收到张同学父亲的求助申请后，连云港福彩主动核实张同学苏州异地就医、生活和治疗情况，随后积极开展公益帮扶行动。由于张同学在父母陪伴下在苏州接受治疗，无法当面接收资助，福彩工作人员将6000元爱心款郑重交至孩子外婆手中。
