青岛男子辱骂女游客，也是对“跑者”的侮辱_我的网站

The film is scheduled to release in cinemas on January 23, 2026. After the massive success of Gadar 2 in 2023, Sunny Deol earlier spoke about why Border 2 took time to come together. 昨天，青岛市公安局崂山分局发布警情通报：海之恋公园辱骂女游客一案，已立案开展全面调查，违法行为人已到案，将依法处理并及时向社会公布。视频里那一幕，让所有跑过步的人都感到脊背发凉！事件回顾8月初，一名内蒙古女游客在海之恋公园拍照。一名男子凑近搭讪："这是个相机吗，多少钱？"游客答"三千多"。男子继续追问什么牌子，游客回"大疆"后轻声提醒："不要影响我拍照"。就是这句再正常不过的拒绝，点燃了对方。男子瞬间变脸："这个拍照有意思吗？你拍照影响我跑步"，勒令游客把相机"拿走"，"这是行人道，滚"。女游客连连道歉："我的错我的错"，对方却步步紧逼、堵住去路，持续辱骂长达5到6分钟。游客慌乱中说"大哥我错了，我给你跪下行吗""大哥我求你了，你放过我行吗"，男子仍怒吼"报警""我今天不可能放过你"。

二 | 事后该男子还录了道歉视频，自称"在滨海大道跑了20年步的跑步爱好者"，说当天是女游客把拍摄杆放在跑道中央，自己"跑步时有些莽撞"。

别再玷污跑者这件事最刺眼的，不是一次简单的口角，而是当事人把"我在跑步"当成一种特权，你跑步，整条步道都是你的吗？别人连拍照的资格都没有？这行为，不单是对女游客的冒犯，更是对跑者的侮辱！跑步是一项磨炼意志、锤炼体能的运动，大多数跑者都比较自律，比较文明，往往是一些少数人，在玷污跑者的形象。

三 | 2025年苏州马拉松，2.5万名跑者文明参赛，整座城市以热情和诚意迎接全球跑友，却要为少数人的不文明买单。公共步道不专属"老熟人"青岛海之恋公园，那条步道十分宽阔，当时周边行人稀少，客观上并没有堵住通行。

四 | 男子口中的"违规占道"，其实就是情绪暴发之后找出的借口。公共步道的属性很明确，向所有人开放。在这里跑步可以，停下来驻足拍照同样也可以。没有任何一条规定写明，这条步道只专供跑步爱好者通行，禁止游客停留取景。男子口中那句"我在这里跑了几十年步"，你是这里的熟人，但不是你的私人领域。我国2026年1月1日起施行的新修订《治安管理处罚法》第五十条明确规定：公然侮辱他人，处五日以下拘留或者一千元以下罚款；情节较重的，处五日以上十日以下拘留，可以并处一千元以下罚款；以滋扰、纠缠、跟踪等方式干扰他人正常生活的，同样适用该条款。跑者不该背锅我们必须把话说透：青岛这名男子，不能代表跑者。

五 | 每天清晨在公园、在绿道、在滨江大道上奔跑的数以万计的跑友，绝大多数都是守法、克制、与人为善的。他们让开散步的老人，减速避让嬉闹的孩子，对镜头里的陌生人报以微笑。青岛在这里跑步的跑者，不该为一个情绪失控者的暴戾买单。正因为跑步圈是一个共同体，每一次"跑者"身份的滥用，都是在消耗整个群体的信用。当一个人借"我在跑步"去霸凌一条公共步道，用"跑步20年"来为辱骂6分钟开脱？跑者不答应！遇到此事怎么办？

出门在外，遇到情绪失控者怎么办？这事也给所有独自出游的人提了个醒：第一，见势不对立刻抽身。对方情绪一上来，停止沟通就是最好的沟通，适当服软不丢人。第二，尽量往人多处靠。一个人出行，要确保自己始终在"被路人看得见"的范围内。
